Bio: more valuable to the Sox than people may give him credit for. His numbers are nothing very impressive, but every time he plays in a game he does something special to help the team wins. He's unique, and he's versatile. He came over to the Sox in 2005 from the Cleveland Indians, and has been our backup infielder ever since. He'll be our backup second baseman, third baseman, and short stop again this season and next season as well after his recently signed contract.

Projected 2007 Statistics: .240, 1, 20, 30, 7

Fantasy Outlook: he has none unless there is a big time injury in our middle infield. With Hinske, if there is a void at third he can fill there. At the moment he's our second option at second and short stop, so if Lugo or Pedroia went down, or if Pedroia struggles you might consider picking up Cora. There are probably better options though.
